Threez Holding Limited hired Saota, https://www.saota.com award-winning international architecture firm working across six continents with expertise in master planning, commercial, hospitality, residential & public developments.

They took the time to complete the design phase, which is a master piece, every aspect in design phase was carefully considered to achieve optimum result as this is a high end luxury development Dubai project with a multimillion dollar budget.

The design phase is now completed and currently it’s in the licensing phase.
